"Without a doubt, I will call this company for any future needs. Last year, I had regular maintenance done on my furnace and they scared the crap out of me when they told me I needed a bunch of work done and repairs on my gas furnace. I held off and crossed my fingers all last winter and decided this year was finally time to face it... so began the phone calls.. then I got a return call from Parrish services. Alan, the owner, came to my house at 7 p.m. on a Friday to do a check on my gas furnace. This was after one company told me it would be a $6800 replacement job, and another told me $69 bucks just for them to come look at it and even then they would only tell me they'd call me Monday morning to confirm and then call me at some point Monday to let me know then they were within 30 minutes of being here, but couldn't give me any idea of what time that would be. Ugh. Add to the mix that I'm a single mom and I used to just pick up the phone and call my dad for advice on EVERYTHING.... he passed away a little over a year ago and this was the first major home issue that I had where I couldn't get my dad's advice... let the meltdowns begin... Alan came and put all my fears to rest. He was completely honest and said he didn't think I really needed to do anything right now. My furnace was clean as a whistle, was running fine, and he didn't see any reason to replace or repair anything. I had the filter in backwards, but ooopppsss... lol.. luckily I had another one, so that was a quick swap all was right in the world again. As a woman, it can feel like I have a great big red bullseye on my forehead when I start talking about home repairs to some of these contracting companies.... Parrish made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything, and treated me with the utmost respect. They're one of the few good guys out there that really just want to do right by their customers and aren't out to nickel and dime anyone or use scare tactics just to get a commission. "Excellent service provided, before I called pure water filtration services my current well water system was inefficient, low water pressure, hot water running out with two hot showers, fluctuating water hardness. Mr. Williams recommended the perfect system based on what we were desiring. After the install our water increased exponentially, we even have enough pressure to run an irrigation system on the new system. I no longer have to maintain the filters any more it’s self cleaning. "A truly honest plumber!  We found Chuck Harris, Harris Bros. Plumbing, on Angie's List. He responded to our call immediately, it was a Friday evening. We asked him if he could come out on Monday and he said he could but it would be late afternoon. He called first, he told us when he would arrive and he was no more than 3 minutes different, and was early. He evaluated the toilet and could not find a leak. (We still aren't sure where the water came from and have had no problems since).  Although he could have said there was something wrong and "fixed it" (we wouldn't have known the difference) he said he could find nothing wrong, but if we noticed water again, he would come right out.  He then evaluated our kitchen faucet and it needed to be replaced.  He told us the size we would need.  We asked him how much we owed him and he said "nothing". He didn't feel it was right to charge us when there was nothing wrong.  He came out after he'd already put in a full day of work, and it was after 6 pm when he left.  We tried to get him to take some money, but he wouldn't.  He said he would come out again once we had the new faucet.  We called him on Wednesday, and he said he would be out Friday morning.  He called first, was out exactly on time and replaced the faucet.  He cleaned the area (there was some rust), installed the new faucet and it works perfectly.  My husband practically forced him to accept some payment for having come out twice.  (We live pretty far away from his office.)  He visited for awhile, was very nice, extremely personable and a very good plumber. I have already given his name to 4 people.  When I tell them the story, everyone is impressed with an actual honest plumber who does what he says he will, when he says he will.  We trust him completely, and we can't say enough great things about Chuck."
