Professional, courteous, and listened to my requests. explained the work that needed to be done and also recommended the well pump be replaced as it was aging. I told them I would like it repaired so once in working order, I could place it under my home warranty. They accommodated my wishes and fortunately the pump worked after rewiring. I will call this company for all my future plumbing needs. They graciously accepted my Angie's list coupon which saved me $90 Thanks"

"Without a doubt, I will call this company for any future needs. Last year, I had regular maintenance done on my furnace and they scared the crap out of me when they told me I needed a bunch of work done and repairs on my gas furnace. I held off and crossed my fingers all last winter and decided this year was finally time to face it... so began the phone calls.. then I got a return call from Parrish services. Alan, the owner, came to my house at 7 p.m. on a Friday to do a check on my gas furnace. This was after one company told me it would be a $6800 replacement job, and another told me $69 bucks just for them to come look at it and even then they would only tell me they'd call me Monday morning to confirm and then call me at some point Monday to let me know then they were within 30 minutes of being here, but couldn't give me any idea of what time that would be. Ugh. Add to the mix that I'm a single mom and I used to just pick up the phone and call my dad for advice on EVERYTHING.... he passed away a little over a year ago and this was the first major home issue that I had where I couldn't get my dad's advice... let the meltdowns begin... Alan came and put all my fears to rest. He was completely honest and said he didn't think I really needed to do anything right now. My furnace was clean as a whistle, was running fine, and he didn't see any reason to replace or repair anything. I had the filter in backwards, but ooopppsss... lol.. luckily I had another one, so that was a quick swap all was right in the world again. As a woman, it can feel like I have a great big red bullseye on my forehead when I start talking about home repairs to some of these contracting companies.... Parrish made me feel completely comfortable, explained everything, and treated me with the utmost respect. They're one of the few good guys out there that really just want to do right by their customers and aren't out to nickel and dime anyone or use scare tactics just to get a commission. "The representative who initially came to the house to explain BDry's procedure was very courteous and professional. I received a quote on the spot. I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision. "The company utilized a "pull-and-replace" technique as follows: 1) excavated the water pipe at the house and at the street; cut the water line at those two places; 2) ran an 80 ft. steel cable from the street to the house; 3) attached a "pyramid-knife" to the steel cable and then attached the copper replacement pipe to the pyramid-knife. 4) tractor-pulled the pyramid-knife and copper tubing through the old poly-tube pipe, cutting it as it went and replacing it with the copper pipe in one continuous operation. 5) all excavations restored to original condition at close of the work. Process was ingenious and saved all of my trees from root damage (and potential dying in a couple of years.) No digging trenches. The technician was completely professional, competent and courteous. He explained each step as it went. He was also clearly proud of his work and finished every step with complete attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism. The job took about six hours to complete and went off without a hitch. I am completely satisfied with the work and recommend this company highly ."
