"In the first place, it was fast! I called in the morning, and they had a plumber here by mid-afternoon. The plumber was competent, respectful, very easy to talk to, and (as far as I know) repaired the problem. My only complaint would be that he only was carrying a builder-grade sink trap, and used that to replace my higher quality one, and charged me a pretty good amount of money. I still give these guys five stars for their speed, customer service, and ability to fix the problem. I will definitely use them again for any projects."
