Based on my situation and the current installed oil heating system I would be wasting money trying to change to a new electric system. Our old Frigidaire heat pump system was recently diagnosed with a faulty compressor and refrigerant line leaks. Time to upgrade.  Alex Lara came after I arrived home from work and did a terrific job summarizing what they had to offer with a new highly efficient TRANE system. The price was the lowest of three vendor quotes and the financing option was far and away the best of the three offers. The two install techs ? ?Hot Rod? Gipson and the other installer, whose name escapes me, did a fantastic and thorough job. They both were very professional, friendly, quick and polite.

My only down check for the install was about QA ? the Clean Effects electrostatic air filter unit was out of stock but they had a ?regular? air filter to install until the new unit was available to install. However, the wrong size filter was included and I had to make a trip to Home Deport to buy one. Also, when I tried to register the new equipment online for warranty service purposes, the form given to me with equipment model and serial numbers did not have a serial number for the high tech wi-fi thermostat. After trying to register it online several times, I called the Total Comfort office and was promptly given the required serial number. I have no quarrel about the quality of the installed equipment.Would I recommend them to anyone? I already have and will gladly do so again!
