"Suburban Home Services repaired a bedroom and two ceilings that were destroyed by a leaky roof. He also cleaned antique furniture which was in the room and full of mold. It looks new. Mitch replaced the two ceilings and added n ew fixtures. Suburban home Services is on time and works a full day. He is also reasonably priced.He does a great job."

Paul and his team were able to swiftly come in and address all problems as well as highlight design/layout choices made by the previous contractors that simply didn't make sense. They repaired items that had been damaged by the previous crew, swiftly got the remodel completed, and did so all while acting in a professional and courteous manner. The price was fair for the work and both Paul and his foreman checked in repeatedly over the next few weeks after completion of the remodel to ensure that everything was still in good condition, that we were still happy with the work, and to ensure there was nothing that we failed to think of or get addressed during the project. We contacted several contractors, and D.Willis was among the first to arrive, and offered the widest scope of skills for the job, including handling permits -- one contractor who could do everything for the work. They brought in an excellent team of builders who worked efficiently together. As new damages were discovered during repairs, they were amenable to take on the additional work and renegotiate the contract as needed. Finally, the work completed a bit beyond the contracted terms, with good attention to details."

"Afrim (the owner) was a pleasure to work with. He completely remodeled our outdated master bathroom & turned it into an beautifully updated one with a new entrance from our bedroom with a gorgeous barn door & created a whole new walk in closet with some of the extra space. This was entirely his vision and he executed it perfectly. He also designed and implemented a redo of the whole first floor of our home, including taking down the wall of the dining room and creating a gorgeous new open concept kitchen. He redid all of the floors and created a mudroom. We loved Afrim’s work so much we had him come back and redo our deck (which is now my personal oasis). Afrim is friendly and professional. He stands by his work and will redo things if they are not up to his standards (or yours). He also served as a role model for our 5 year old, who was home during the remodel thanks to the pandemic. My son would often follow him around. Afrim would include him and make him feel special. 4 years later, my kiddo still wants to be a builder like Afrim. We were very happy with Afrim and would use him again in a heartbeat."

"I hired Jed to help us take down a wall in our living room and redo the flooring. He was very professional and friendly the entire job. There were a few speed bumps (as there always are) and he was open and honest even when the news wasn't what I wanted to hear. He kept in constant contact with me to let me know how the job was progressing which I really appreciated. There were some unknown HVAC ducts hiding in the wall and some outlets in my laundry room weren't up to code stemming from when the house was built, so he saved us from a very possible house fire (which the home inspector never noticed when we purchased the house). Jed was able to get an HVAC crew out the next day to allow us to open the wall the way we truly wanted without having to wait another work or 2. He also redid our entire downstairs flooring and it turned out amazing. I highly recommend Jed and if I have any more house remodeling in the future, he will be my first call for sure."
