"Classic Construction did outstanding work on our home. They resided our entire home with Hardie Plank siding, to include all the trim, fascia boards, gutters, shutters and re-wrapped our windows. We also had them redo our screened in porch. It transformed our house and it looks brand new. The skill and craftsmanship of their team was outstanding and they were very reasonable on their costs. Steven came for the consultation, I told him what our needs were, and he had great ideas on what could and could not be done with the space. I trusted his expertise on dimensions and they ended up being perfect. I love that the shelves are adjustable so you don't feel like you are locked into a permanent decision. He gave us our quote very quickly and he was very responsive whenever we reached out. Zack, the installer was extremely professional and had great attention to detail. He noticed that one of the pieces would end up leaving a bit of a gap due to our walls being uneven. He had a new piece cut to be picked up and still completed the job promptly. "This contractor did an amazing job. My girlfriend and I met them at their shop and they listened to exactly what we needed/wanted and were very accommodating. After going over some basics about granite and the various levels (which I found very informative) we walked outside and hand-picked our slab. They then went over how they planned to cut the slab to meet our needs and valued our input. "This is an upgraded review after an initial 2-star grading. Responsive customer service to issues with the purchase itself made all the difference and allowed me to keep an open mind as I continued into the installation process. Overall, other than a few "they could do this better" items, the quality, the accuracy, the value, the helpful support team, and the easy installation of my 7 motorized solar shades all point to 5 stars. We followed the measuring instructions carefully and received shades that fit each space exactly as I expected. Installation itself was easier than traditional shades using the solid brackets they provided. Questions I had during installation were answered promptly through Chat. The remote control was a bit of a challenge, so be patient if you bought a multi-channel one and have lots of shades in your room. And for some reason they don't tell you this, but you must have a remote for your motorized shades. The app alone isn't enough. Our only minor gripe is that determining how solar shades look at night was just a game of inference. It would be very helpful to have an online tool available to create your own scene, which includes shade color, indoor or outdoor, and time of day. Even samples don't help much more. Still, I'll return to them when it's time to take care of other rooms. We did this project for 2 to 3 thousand dollars less than big box store quoted us. It was a cinch."
