"Very Professional, from the Salesman to the Office personnel. I was told there would be a foreman on the site to oversee work to be completed, there was none. When the install tech cut into my supply line, vice running a separate drain line as I was instructed would happen, instead of a supervisor or other responsible person, a second tech was sent to assist with the install. NOONE from the company reached out to me in reference to the mistake that was made and no compensations were offered. When I reached out to my sales rep, I was instructed the production team is handling it. That was it. The install tech resolved the issue (that he created) and was very apologetic and cleaned up everything before leaving for the day and made sure everything was back to normal and working. The first dehumidifier that was installed did not work. I had to wait another day for a second, new, dehumidifier to be installed. In the end, a one day install took 3 days (five if you include Sat and Sun) but everything is installed and working correctly, it appears. With the mistakes that were made, The company has a very good reputation and I would not judge just on one job, but things do happen. Everyone is very polite and professional and will answer questions if you ask. No one wants to deal with mistakes obviously. I would recommend, however. This company did the previous install on my house (prior to my purchase of it) and it is a very good quality install."

"I contacted Underground via e-mail and got a call from the owner, Ms Holt. She was going to have the office contact me. JoAnn the office manager contacted me to see what dates would work for the assessment of the job. We were not charged for the assessment visit. I must say from the office to the Technician Bruce and his team, we were extremely happy! So helpful. Bruce arrived on schedule. He let me know he would flush the pipe and run a camera thru the pipes to diagnosis the problem, what the price would be. Great news, the pipe was clean, and whole. No tree roots. The problem was caused by the secondary pipe being jammed into the main pipe blocking it from functioning properly. So the secondary pipe was installed incorrectly, causing us a lot of damage. Bruce made a small hole in the black top where the two pipes were connected installed a ‘Y’ connector and flushed both pipes! It works. Thank you all."

We worked with Christine throughout the process and she was great at answering all of our questions and following up when she had to consult others for the answers. Our template was done by Brandon who was also great at answering questions and very precise in his measurements! Before installation day we went to the gorgeous showroom/warehouse and we’re so glad we did! We were feeling a bit hesitant about the original quartz we had picked out so Christine showed us some other options and thanks to her recommendations and expertise, we found 3 good contenders and ultimately landed on one that we loved. When it came to installation day, the installation crew was friendly, professional, skilled and proficient. They had to cut our sink on site to make it work and they ended up completing the install in only an hour!
