"The installers arrive as scheduled,on time. They worked all day and even though they ran into difficulty removing the old inside unit due to the way it had been installed they kept at it. When it got to about 6 PM I suggested that they Knock off and come back in the morning but they insisted they wanted to finish the installation that evening and finally got it in,up and working around 8 PM.
