"Called 2 days before Christmas when baking element flamed out and caused a short in junction box feeding oven. At last minute's notice, Puckett electricians came out, and very rapidly fixed the problem. Workers were very punctual, neat, pleasant, courteous, professional and incredibly efficient (whole repair took 10 minutes! They'd obviously done this hundreds of times). Highly recommend. Very nice to fit us in 2 days before Christmas so we could cook cookies and turkey.

"The installers arrive as scheduled,on time. They worked all day and even though they ran into difficulty removing the old inside unit due to the way it had been installed they kept at it. When it got to about 6 PM I suggested that they Knock off and come back in the morning but they insisted they wanted to finish the installation that evening and finally got it in,up and working around 8 PM. It's worked ever since. I'd used this company in 1906 to replace a water heater and had the same excellent service."
