"It was a positive experience and they did a good job. The overall experience was good and they made the bathroom look better. They handled it well. The reason we went with them was because they were local. Their price is a little bit higher than the others."

"I guess there is a reason this company is rated so high - no one else even close. They were able to work my job in, in short notice after my house sold in 2 days. Very professional, did a great job. Even got a bennie and price break for being an Angie's list customer."

"I am sixty years old and can not recall having a better customer experience.  Noel Smith at Imported Stone provides a stress free environment for the potentially stressful situation of selecting a kitchen or bathroom.   There was no pressure, only a clear 'walk through' of what Imported Stone offered me.  I highly recommend this business.

"Did a great job and has good work ethics!"

"John and his crew came out on a Friday after coming out for an initial visit to confirm the issues we were having. I needed to have a septic tank extractor pump replaced. In the difficult process or removing this pump, John also had to arrange to have our septic tank pumped out. The pump was difficult to install because of its location, and then right after they installed it, the bearings went out (faulty brand new pump). John called the supply house and made them stay open late so we would have functional plumbing over the weekend. They drove out, got another pump and then had to install the pump again. We also had them replace a downstairs toilet for us. Overall, they were punctual, polite and worked hard to make sure we were happy. We plan on having them come back out in install two other toilets."

"I had such a great experience with Tore'! He arrived exactly on time, took the time to listen to my problem with the plumbing, and then asked several follow-up questions. When he got to work, he was diligent and kept me updated on what was happening. Tore' got the repair done, made suggestions on how to prevent issues in the future and recommended a new garbage disposal to replace our rusty old one. Oh! And he also had a milkbone for my dog! Great experience with a fantastic service provider. I highly recommend Tore'!"

"They did a great job with both and did more than I expected regarding the sink installation. Overall was very pleased with the work and the outcome."

"Since Albert is a contractor and has the responsibility to clean up a job site...he did not complete the job as required.  In turn, I paid to have the debris removed for $157 and change.....Albert needs to remimburse me for the expense I incurred as a result of his failure to remove the debris as required by being a contractor.

Then replaced tank and installed new sand (6) bags, reassembled control mechanism and then reconnected new pvc fitting and piping to old lines..all without damaging the internal water flow system...all done within 90 mins...after 36 hrs of operating, still no leaks..."

"Christopher came and installed a few light fixtures in my home and patched up a few places that needed painting in my living room. He gave me a great price and did an excellent job! I highly recommend Red Beard Handyman Service!!"
