"Did a great job and has good work ethics!"

"I had old leaking water valves at my washing machine in my newly bought house. They were welded onto old copper piping and i couldn't remove them myself. Called QC Plumbing and they sent Tore out the next day. He reviewed what he needed to do and gave me a price up front. He then cut out a section of drywall and cut out the copper piping and valves. He replaced them, checked for leaks and hooked up my washing machine hoses too. Good work as far as I can tell... didn't have another cost estimate to compare to, but it ended up being about what I expected it would be."

"I called the warranty company Saturday afternoon, received a call a few hours later, and scheduled appointment for the next day. Was told I would get a call 30 minutes prior to arrival but didn't. Arrived Sunday, assessed the problem in less than 15 minutes, recommended new water heater, and measured scuttle hole. He said the order for the heater would be placed Monday, it would arrive Tuesday and he could come Wednesday morning. He called me Tuesday afternoon and said somehow it did not get ordered amd blamed the warranty company, then pushed repair to Wednesday afternoon. On Wednesday I again did not get the 30 minute call letting me know they were coming. The heater did not fit and I asked how, since he measured and the response was "I can't control what the warranty company gives me do you want it or not?" Some boards were removed and replaced to make it fit. The owner, I felt, was a bit hasty and rude but his employee was very nice and explained things well. Overall the job was done, took 4 days from the time I called to completion and overall was an ok but not great experience."

"Our pipes froze and I called all over trying to find a plumber to help me. When I called McCoy she said she was going to ask a plumber to call me. I figured this was going to be like all the rest and I would never hear back. A few minutes later, I got a call back and Rick walked me through what I could do to unfreeze my pipes. He called a few minutes ago to make sure I was ok and check on things. Amazing! I am in real estate and will recommend them to all of my clients!"

"Everything went very well, i.e., the consultations & purchase with Noel Smith in the showroom, the precise measurements, and the fabrication & installation coordinated by Donny the fab shop manager. Everyone involved in the process was very personable, professional & competent, and easy to work with. A few weeks after the installation, we noticed a minor flaw (knick) on the product which Donny was able to repair very much to our satisfaction. He also made an excellent repair of a knick that we had caused a few months later. He is very good at what he does. The company's product selection, attention to detail & customer service are all excellent."

"Very professional and did a great job can't even see where the holes were at before the repair."

"Both times they were prompt, courteous and helpful. After servicing when my toilet was gurgling, I had a long conversation with Erin at the office and she was very informative and helpful in trying to decide if it was a plumbing issue or a septic tank issue. She recommended some plumbers and one came that afternoon and addressed the issue. I was so thankful that she spent time on the phone with me, helping to problem solve this issue."

"Scott was great to work with. He was promo in emailing me and talking to me about my repair, which was tremendously helpful since he was the second company I had attempted to use after the first failed to make the repair. I sent him pictures and he gave an initial estimate of $250. The pipe where the leak was a polybutylene pipe, which I was worried would cause an issue, but he said it wasn't a problem. I scheduled him to come out on Saturday, but he called on Friday and said he was in the area and wanted to take a look. I was already home from work for lunch, and so he stopped by. He brought another tech with him, and were able to get the work done then. The entire service took only 20 minutes! Even better, the cost was a third less than he had estimated. After the fact, I had to pass on his insurance and license information to my Condo Owners Association, and he sent me the info within 24 hours. They did an excellent job.

"Keith has done work for myself and other people in my family. It has ranged from simple repairs of a leaky faucet to an entire bathroom remodel. He is honest, fair and knows his stuff. I would recommend his service to anyone."

"It’s very rare when I write a review for services performed based on an online estimate and the first words that come to mind are honest and trustworthy. I placed the ad to have someone come fix or replace the HDMI cable in my elderly father‘s living room TV. And any of you with aging parents know that the TV is vital! I placed the ad on a Saturday and Chris was at my door at 9 AM Sunday morning. I am in a wheelchair and am unable to get into the cabinets where the router and cable box are stored. It turned out the only thing wrong was the HDMI cable managed to come loose and it Chris plugged it in and got it working right away. Then I asked him to please look at the ethernet port in my bedroom because it was not showing as having a landline. And somehow, yet again, the Ethernet cord had come out of the router, he plugged it right in and get it working as well. Other contractors could have drug their feet and made the project last a lot longer and overcharge for work that did not need to be done. While he was at my house, I found out that he is a jack of all trades! That day I had him cut out the back of a piece of the cabinet to get the cable box to sit flat. I already have him scheduled to come back for some plumbing issues and some handyman issues that I have outside of my house. If you are looking for someone reliable and extremely talented in all facets of repair work, I would highly suggest you pick Red Beard Handyman Service. You will not regret it. Tell em Hogan sent ya!"
