When I first asked for an estimate, Doug came out immediately, was polite and professional, made the estimate, explained what I did not understand and applied no pressure. I called back four moths later and asked him to come again and explain a few more things - he was there the next day, happily remeasured (he was right the first time) and worked out more details with me. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would to begin work. He called me when he discovered the termite damage and gave me options for resolution and an update on his new estimate. He removed the old garage door, replaced the rotted door frame, replaced termite damaged 2x4s, removed and replaced sheet rock and repainted. He suggested a vinyl replacement for the door frame which I am glad he did. It looks fantastic and doesn't have to be painted. Extra time was needed for the additional work because of the termite damage. He returned two days later to complete the job. He asked for no money up front. He was extremely professional. His workmanship was top quality and I will not hesitate to use him again for any job around the house."
