"This is long overdue. David Downey is the only person I trust for carpentry work. His work ethic, quality of work/attn to detail, and dependability is unmatched. Honestly I was unsure exactly what style crown molding would be best, being a first time homeowner. He showed me some crown molding samples in his book that would be appropriate for my home's style which I admit is modest. He installed crown molding in my office and bedroom. It looks fantastic!!! I was so grateful that he also offered to paint some of it for me. I paid a reasonable price for the trim, painting and labor. Whenever David has been here, there has been peace of mind for me. Most times when someone has been to my home I almost feel like I have to supervise. I never feel that way with David. As a matter of fact there are few people I would trust in my home like I would David other than my plumber. In 2025 the house was put on hold, but I hope to hire him again in the future. "Ed’s plumbing is simply the best plumber in this area. He went out of his way and removed a small stump also in the front yard for me. Ed is a good man and will give you a very fair price. DO Not ever use Hometown plumbing! They charged me twice the price Ed’s. Plumbing charged me and I called Ed’s plumbing to fix the mess they caused and Hometown Plumbing did not fix the problem. Ed done the job right and used the correct parts to fix the problem. There was a root inside the pipe between the foundation and Ed cut it out. Problem solved. It should have been fixed right the first time and Hometown put a bandaid on the problem. Sincerely j. Cobb"

"This is to update my last review from Feb 2018. DO NOT do business with this company. I was given a TWO year warranty on the installation of my unit. It expires in a month. My unit has pulled away from my house. YES, you read that right. The unit was installed on an unlevel area with mulch and pea gravel underneath the fiberglass pad that the unit sits on. The owner of the company claims that it is a landscaping issue. Again, YES you read that right. This company does not, I repeat- DOES NOT, honor their warranty. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID this company."

"Litespeed Construction took superb care of me when I needed a new roof due to multiple leaks after a storm. Kirby helped walk me through the insurance claims process, including filing for a re-inspection to get the insurance company to pay for the full amount of the roof. They were in and out in 2 days including replacing new boards under the roof and putting on new gutters and downspouts. I'm very happy with the finished product and the new roof looks beautiful."
