"I found the Mop Squad on Angie's List last year and have used them several times since. Mike came out and did a thorough estimate/job list right away, and the employees have always done an excellent job. They have been patient with us when our dogs have not been put up - they waited 20 minutes for my husband to return home to put them up, then did the cleaning. The company is good at communicating what they will and will not do - they don't do laundry or dishes. They do cost more than finding one or two private people to do to the work, but you get what you pay for - employees are screened, they bring their own cleaning supplies, and the job is done right. It's a great break for our family to hire them about every 7-8 weeks!"

"On the rental property, we picked out the flooring and handed them a key.  They took care of everything, cleaned up, and left in a timely fashion.  It was turn key and I didn't have to do a thing.  They were able to get the job done quickly and had it done just a few days after we picked out the flooring we wanted.  <br /> Replacing the carpet in our house was a three day job, due to the need to move a bunch of our stuff around.  The installers arrived when they said they would every day.  They were very courteous and helpful.  They made every effort to do a good job.  The owner checked with us periodically to make sure everything was going well with the installation and followed up with us after the installation to make sure we were happy with everything.  The carpet we put in our house is simply outstanding and seems to be very high quality. <br /> They have a good selection of flooring.  We are very satisfied with the entire experience. "While in store it did take a bit to get waited on but once we got our order started it was very easy to deal with Lowes. They called and set up appt. to measure my room and promptly came out and did that. Then I called in once they had the measurements and reconfirmed price and what was to be done. The individual contractor called and setup installation and arrived at stated time and finished in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. They offered to remove the remnants of the carpet but I was planning on using them so they left them and one piece of transition molding they didn't use which the guy told me I could return to Lowes and get a refund which I did with no hassles without my receipt (which I had forgotten to bring but I have a my Lowes account and they pulled it up and returned it with no issues). I was very pleased. One other positive word about Lowe's I had a pair of hedge trimmers that I had bought my son in law as a gift the second time he used them they quit. I took them back and didn't have my receipt their My Lowes program is wonderful for that because they pulled it right up and did a even swap for a new pair with no hassles. <br />"

"I have used several Granite Gold products and like their effectiveness because they do what they are supposed to do. No strong fumes or irritating skin problems. The granite counter top daily cleaner and polish are so easy to use (spay it on and wipe with a paper towel) to keep all your stone products clean and shiny. I was surprised to see how effective the grout cleaner is. I sprayed it on some dirty tire floors in the bathroom and let it sit for a couple of minutes. Then I went over it with the scrub brush they provide. It looked clean then, but when it dried, it was much brighter. This is a 40 Year old bathroom tile floor pictured. He comes when he says he will and does what he says he'll do. The chemicals he used did a fantastic job and it smells so clean outside! He's honest and upfront- we trust him. He will tell you if something shouldn't be washed or if something isn't needed. We have a retaining wall that's older, is crumbly from moisture, and had moss growing on it. He gently washed that retaining wall and we can't believe the difference! Matt takes pride in his work and makes sure you're satisfied with the job.
