"It couldn't have gone better. I called on a Tuesday, had an estimate Friday, and work started Monday and was completed that day. The team was professional, prompt, and very informative. They fixed my existing French drain and repiped it to run down the side of the house and out the back. They added another drain to the area that collects a lot of water as well as laid concrete to my front porch to prevent water entry. They made sure my gutter drains were clear and hooked up to drain away from the home. It was all done quick and efficiently and when they were done, they cleaned up and explained all they did. Josh was on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and worked efficiently. He even came back to repair some tread marks left by my postal worker who did not see the caution tape.

I considered doing the job myself but Josh saved me from using some of the quick dry repair concrete they sell at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable and quite personable. It was a pleasure working with him.

"Jeff's solution has resolved water in the basement. The basement was flooding with up to 1/2" of water after any major rain. There hasn't been the slightest amount of water since installed in 2005. I wasn't going to install the sump because of the extra cost, I'm glad we did as we can hear the sump pump running during and after major rainfalls. The dust from cutting the concrete floor will get into everything, This includes items "covered" with plastic unless it is completely sealed. Don't leave any item during construction you cherish and ensure inside doors are sealed to keep the dust out. Moving the A/C Heating  unit was another obstruction and choice to make as AAA doesn't disconnect any electrical or remove any fixed items (ductwork in my case). Without moving the unit , the trench was going in front of it instead of including it. I did the work  to ensure full perimeter protection. Keep in mind that the new concrete will not match the old in smoothness or color. The new concrete is a much stronger type so there are no worries of weakness for the floor.

I basically paid $49 for them to provide a quote for work that I had no interest in getting completed when they provide free estimates.



I paid $49 for inspection and consultation of foundation wall with $1000 credit for repairs.  My wall had previously leakage issue, but issue was resolved by fixing a water downspout pipe and the wall has not leaked in over seven months. I wanted to get a quote for repair and seal of the interior wall using concrete sealants and/or sprays. The rep kept telling me that that would not fix my issue, but that I needed either to dig out and seal the exterior foundation or put in a drain with a sump pump. I told him I had no interest in either. I also told him I understood that the sealants will not permanently fix the problem but that I still wanted to explore those options. He kept telling me no. He finally gave me a quote for the drain and sump pump after I told him that I have interest in that. I could have had him give me a quote for free.

Response: Yes, other providers have told me similar, but they did not charge me $49 for basically a quote, which your company gives for free. I would think at the point where you will not quote what I ask, then you should offer me a refund for the coupon.
