"AJ was great! We bought our house roughly 5 years ago and recently in last two months when it heavily rained it would cause our toilets to gargle. Turns out the old owners did not put the correct T pipe attachment on when they last serviced the house. This piece was crucial to proper drainage. AJ Took the time to explain this thoroughly and even took a picture of it so I did not have to get down in the hole myself to see it. Customer service is key to any business and AJ did a fabulous job all around. Efficiency, explaining, speaking, etc. I will be using you guys in the future and if AJ is still hanging around by the time I need service again I’ll specifically be requesting him.
