Asked to get materials to save a 40% markup, so when the ceiling repairs were done, paint match was off, so now total ceiling needs to be repainted. Fixed two tiles in shower, and after the job was finished, a technician discovered a third cracked tile, would have liked to have known this while the job was in process to have that tile repaired, even if that would have amended the estimate."
