I was told it would be repaired, but we are five months later with no timeline on that project. The cleanup looked good on the surface, but I found lots of roofing debris and cigarettes in my landscaping. I also stepped on a couple nails which thankfully just took out a pair of sneakers and caused no injuries. Overall, the work done looks great and Im not experiencing issues five months into the install. However, I did not feel like my experience was all it could have been based on the numerous positive reviews I read before hiring Element Roofing. *Be aware my work was done in the summer, during a pandemic. Weather and illness aside, the damage to my walls could have been prevented with better communication and better organization of delivery versus start day of this project, which is the only reason I was frustrated."

They were prompt, the sales was low-pressure, the door itself was lifetime warranted, and the install was smooth.  After the install they cleaned up the mess and remove the old door.  Because the door was lifetime warranted, All Weather Seal has come out to repair it in the past, and has always been as professional as ever.  An excellent company, I have used them to replace all of my windows as well. Highly recommended!

"Matthew was very professional, dependable and honest. A mason did not complete the job that I had paid him quite a bit of money for. He was supposed to have completely rebroke the chimney that was having issues. Matthew came over and topped it off and he’s going to repair the bricks that The other bricklayer did not complete. He is dedicated to his work and will go out of his way after normal hours it was 1030 at night when he got to my house.
