"Bruns Remodel has done numerous projects for me including the removal of a cement utility sink, installing a new smaller sink, and moving my washer and dryer which involved plumbing, duct work, etc. Mr. Bruns also CREATED a new bay window sill from raw ash wood - very involved project requiring precise measurements and staining/poly to match my hardwood floors (beautiful!!). Other projects included attic insulation; AC unit removal/installation; installation of an outdoor motion light; power washing siding; toilet installation. Extremely satisfied with all of the many projects completed by Bruns Remodel!"

"I had an excellent experience working with ZVL on my basement remodel. Ivan and his team were outstanding from start to finish. Communication was always clear and timely, and the entire project stayed within the budget outlined in the original proposal, which is rare and greatly appreciated. Ivan did a great job walking me through each phase of the project, offering thoughtful options and practical suggestions along the way. He truly listened to what I wanted and helped refine the ideas into something even better than I originally envisioned. In the end, he and his team brought the concept to life exactly as promised. I would absolutely recommend ZVL to anyone looking for a reliable, professional contractor who takes pride in their work and delivers on what they say they will do."

"JB Construction was professional, on-time, clean, and does amazing work. They remodel a building for us. Installed windows, sheathing, and trim. They even caught a problem that our building had with the main bean and corrected it for us. The building is almost 80 years old and you would never know. The building feels so sturdy now. I highly recommend JB Construction. They are family owned and they make you feel part of their family."

"I hired Luzerne Renovations to replace old wood paneling walls and an old drop in grid style ceiling with drywall. A ceiling light/fan was also installed. I am very happy with the work that was done! Chris was very professional and maintained great communication each step of the way. I was given options to pick from during the estimate process, which I greatly appreciated. And then when I wasnâ t available to be there when they finished, he texted me photos so I could see the final product. The attention to detail was fantastic. They thoroughly cleaned up each day. When they installed the drywall, they also made sure to position the outlets in much better spots (from right at floor level to ~1 foot above the floor). The room looks a million times better! Overall, I highly recommend Luzerne Renovations and am planning to hire them again in the future."
