The tanks are affordable but the installation fees were ridiculous. I submitted a request on home advisor and JMB Plumbing was recommended. Jim (owner) contacted me immediately and met with us the same day. He was very friendly, honest, and professional. He quoted a very fair price for the tank and installation. The next day he came back with the tank and installed it. Didn't take much time at all and left the area spotless. We have had a few plumber's in the past few years and prices/quotes are outrageous. My husband and I are very pleased and proud to say, we finally have a plumber!! "All three jobs went great. For the water heater replacement Lewis came to my house at a convenient time for me, removed the heater changed out the rotted pipes and installed a new one with warranty. The price was great too. This job was time sensitive and he made me a priority to get it done. For the bathroom tub drain unclog he was very professional and did a great job. My garbage disposal was leaking and I came home to a pool of water in my cabinet and on the floor. Lewis came out quickly to resolve the issue for me.
