I found only one small nail wedged in the corner of the foundation dirt, which, when you consider it was a complete tear off, was pretty amazing. <br />He installed long lasting, well built shingles that look great. "I can't say enough good things about these folks. I had an extensive job, involving 4 chimneys, and mortar repair on a large home. These folks were able to pinpoint (and document through photos) the problems, which went beyond just the chimneys. I also had issues with cracks in my mortar and roof tucks. These guys were conscientious and professional, and obviously cared about the client's home. But the most impressive thing is that they are problem solvers and can do lots of things, which you don't always find these days. They were able to look for and fix a leak that had plagued me for several years, despite multiple calls to the roofer. Excellent service and work."

"<p>The leaks are still occuring. Yes there is a 10 year warrenty on repairs, but I'm getting tired of keeping buckets out and having to call after major rain and finding leaks. the roof I am refering to is about 2 hours from Nashville so getting timely responses have been frustrating and having to make the calls when my calls are not returned are getting frustrating. There is evidently another process they offer to detect leaks, but they have not done it yet, I am having to ask for that process to be done. Seems there aren't enough people in the company that know enough about it, so I will have to wait until they can get the one person familiar with the process to come do it. </p> Yes I said I would hire them again only because they have been "nice" and I feel this is an isolated incident. But my patience, which I have had plenty of, is now running thin. We are working on a year now since the repair was done."

"I was looking for a highly rated roofing company to come give me a second opinion on my roof that another company had just installed since I had some concerns whether it was installed correctly, and I found that Tim Leeper Roofing was highly rated and gave them a call. They patiently listened to all of my concerns & sent someone to thoroughly check it over for me, and it helped ease my fears about a couple of concerns I had, but he found a couple of issues that needed to be addressed that could've developed into a leak had I not had someone check it. He told me I needed to have a few damaged shingles replaced by the roofing company who installed it, which I was glad to find out before I paid them the balance I owed them. I also learned that my roofing company didn't do some of the extra steps that Tim Leeper Roofing does for their customers, such as routinely request from insurance companies and install new counter-flashing and ice guards around pipes, etc. Made me wish that I'd found Tim Leeper Roofing before I had my roof installed, because they really pay attention to ALL of the details from start to finish. Next time I will be using Tim Leeper Roofing to install my new roof and I'm recommending them to all of my friends and neighbors!"

A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They did a good job but I think someone should follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and all of the work was performed correctly."
