Needed to order plates and scheduled date and time for replacement. Day of repair did not arrive on time; however did call to report they were unavoidably detained on last job and gave window of time of arrival. Replaced ceramic plates with steel plates. Worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up well. Gave discount on dryer vent cleaning. Will use again for fireplace/chimney work and dryer vent cleaning."

"I was looking for a highly rated roofing company to come give me a second opinion on my roof that another company had just installed since I had some concerns whether it was installed correctly, and I found that Tim Leeper Roofing was highly rated and gave them a call. They patiently listened to all of my concerns & sent someone to thoroughly check it over for me, and it helped ease my fears about a couple of concerns I had, but he found a couple of issues that needed to be addressed that could've developed into a leak had I not had someone check it. He told me I needed to have a few damaged shingles replaced by the roofing company who installed it, which I was glad to find out before I paid them the balance I owed them. "One screw type pier installed. 2 workers hand dug hole below bottom of foundation. Cleaned out under foundation for platform. Although foundation was deeper than I thought, the hole was done much better and quicker than I envisioned. Pier was screwed at bottom of hole with a hydraulic motor. Once limit on hydraulic pressure was reached, the pier was cut at proper level, platform installed, and cracked section of foundation was raised with a hydraulic jack. Crack in stonework closed up nicely without going too far and creating additional cracks. Workers had 5 and 15 years experience doing this work. Very professional and did a very nice job every step of the way. Note that I (homeowner) chose to move and reinstall landscaping stones and gutter drain. Also, tuckpointing/repairing the cracks was not included in the quote. I plan to do that myself at a later date."
