"Neely was very professional and dedicated to keeping good communication lines open.  I called him to get a completely new roof after ours was damaged by hail and recent storms (it was also really old).  I called several roofers and most were pretty busy because of all the storms in the area, but Neely was able to come by within 2 days and gave us an estimate the next day.  His estimate was one of the lowest, and I appreciated the communication and his desire that I understand the estimate and the work he was proposing.  We scheduled the work and his crew was here bright and early on the day we had scheduled.  They worked a full day and a few hours in the next day and completed the whole job beautifully.  They removed and repainted or replaced all the roof jacks and pipe covers and installed all the new underlayment and shingles.  I was doing yard work while they were working and they even offered to help carry mulch during their break, which I appreciated.  They cleaned up the entire yard and area around the house each time they left, and right before they left for good they got out a leaf blower to finish cleaning up and left our patio cleaner than it was before they got here.  A++ service with no complaints!
