"I asked for an estimate on spring replacement. But decided to go with the whole system replacement and roller replacement. The original rollers and system were from the original home builder in 1997. Isaiah called before he arrived and gave an estimated time of arrival. He arrived on time and was very courteous and professional the whole time. He provided several options. I went ahead and decided to replace the whole system and he was ready to install the system the same day. Isaiah was very customer service oriented and answered all questions as well as provided explanation and description of all options avaliable in the new system. He walked me through how everything and I was very comfortable with the knowledge he left me with operating the garage door and all the bells and whistles that came with the new system. If there are any friends and family that ask me about a garage door repair/install, I will definitely be referring Garage Door Doctor. Their office and field staff communicate very well and are very professional. We really appreciate everything this company has provided and will refer you all to anyone who asks."

"Thought we needed a complete door replacement, but Alamo Garage Doors provided an honest assessment that only the opener needed upgrading."

"Chris called me immediately after listing my project! My garage door had been hit and I had no way of closing it. Chris went out of his way to insure that at a minimum that my door would be closed. He didn't have any openings that day but found a way to send two techs my way that same day to secure my garage. The very next day Chris sent Jerrod and Dylan with the replacement panel to repair my garage door! Jerrod and Dylan were extremely helpful and professional! The panel was replaced in a little over a hour and works perfectly. Would 100% recommend Access Garage Doors to anyone looking for any type of work on their garage system!"

"They responded almost immediately after I submitted the request. I said the need wasn't urgent but he came out the next day - even a few minutes early. I thought of Godo as the garage door whisperer. He raised and lowered the door a few times while just listening and then immediately identified the problem and fixed it. Other techs had not solved this problem. Kudos to Godo and I would recommend him whole-heartedly."

"The tech came to the house and looked at the opener and equipment and was able to diagnose the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. He gave us options and suggestions to help prevent future problems. We have had no problems with the garage door and opener since.
