"I contracted ARS Rescue Rooter about 2.5 years ago to replace my existing HVAC system with a new unit My contract clearly states that the new system would be covered for all parts and labor for 10 years a a week later it was evident the unit did not have sufficient capacity to cool my TH. countless calls over the following 5 weeks, under threat of a law suite, ARS agreed to replace the unit with a more powerful. 2 weeks later they finally sent in two techs who removed and installed a different unit that seemed to work okay. later, I detected a gas leak emanating from my attic where the HVAC is installed. After several calls they finally sent a tech who insisted to charge me for covered work under my warrantee. Eventually, ARS waved charges. now the thermostat is dead, once again ARS said they'd charge me, I asked to have a manger/owner call me and confirm the work is covered before sending a tech. once again ARS said they'll charge me This is a dishonest company with horrible service "

The total cost would be $900.00 plus 4% for using my credit card. I paid $200.00 for company coming out. I bought a good quality sump pump for $160.00 and a friend installed the pump readily the next day."

Replaced a bathroom faucet (Kingston Brass Columbia 1.2 GPM Centerset Bathroom Faucet charged me $110 for a $38 faucet) 2x steel braided cables ($20 a piece they are $7 a piece) A quart of draino $14 The total for parts was $413 then he said “you have to add 1.9% on top of that for my “cost” whatever that means. His math came to $746 TOTAL FOR PARTS ALONE. Figure that math out for me ? He arrived at 8:15am and started working at 8:45 and finished at 11:15 and charged me 4 hours at $75 an hour for a total of $300. The total bill was $1046!! For a disposal, and a faucet. DO NOT HIRE THIS “COMPANY” They will absolutely take advantage of you, and then call you “money grubbers” when you pull a calculator out. You are better off hiring a reputable plumbing company in the area. If you’re trying to save money, do NOT look to KELLEM’S PLUMBING! If you see their Craigslist ad, RUN!"
