I checked internet sources, average cost should not be over $200. When I complained, it appears that they have a minimum 4 hour charge. I don't think this type of job would ever take 4 hours, I am not sure why the base price is $410. When I told them of other work that needed to be done on the bathtub, such as a leaky overflow, they did not offer to fix it under the same price structure. Also, they installed the water knobs so they turn opposite what they should (counter-clockwise to turn off instead of clockwise)."
