"We hired Vic and his team to replace a gas range with electric. This task was complicated by the need to upgrade our electrical panel and run new cables to support the new range. We also needed to cap off the old gas line and repair and paint drywall. They made sure that everything was up to code (including correcting an existing problem they found with grounding) pulled the required permit and arranged for inspection of the completed work. We were impressed by their professionalism throughout. As well as doing quality work they also were very careful to protect our home and clean up once complete. "Initially all was well. They showed up on time. The installers did not read the directions nor test the tub before they installed it. I had ordered a special drain kit that the manufacturer suggested for this tub but they didn't use it. When I came home and saw the drain kit I ordered sitting there and the tub installed I didn't know what to think. They were not responsive about why it wasn't used, I had to call several times. Also, the tub was NOT working after they left. I was told it was plugged in and working but it wasn't. Fortunately a neighbor came over and after some investigation we discovered the outlet for the whirlpool tub plugs was not "hot" nor was the tub plugged in. They had said it was working when clearly it was not. The communication was very poor. I also asked for an estimate to fix an outdoor faucet and never received it."

First of all, the owner is great to work with. He showed up everyday to make sure everything went according to plan. He was very meticulous and brought out a structural engineer several times to make sure that things were done safely and we wouldn’t have any problems down the road. He always had great ideas and what I appreciated was that he wasn’t always trying to upsell you and had cost in mind because re-modeling projects always have unexpected surprises. Gashin took our outdated downstairs and completely changed the look of our home into a stunning modern home. They took out all the tile flooring and installed new hardwood floors, took down several walls to make an open concept space for our kitchen and dining room, refaced the fireplace, installed a new island and countertops for the kitchen, and all the small things involved in a renovation like ours. To add, they did all this in about 6 weeks. I appreciate how our project was not in conjunction with others which helped to make the whole process super timely. Yes, there was dust but they covered everything up and made sure that the zone was clean every night. After getting to know the owner and his crew I had zero reservations about giving them full access to my home."
