Gerry was very professional and friendly. A very experienced gentleman arrived, as scheduled, and did the work by himself. After a brief chat to review my issues, he said he would resolve all of them. He did! The job took him about 6 hours, and after my inspection the next day, I found all work to exceed my expectations.
