"We hired Inspectagator on 5/31 to perform a new home inspection. While obviously the builder will ?handle? any issues that occur in the first year, we wanted to get a head start on anything we missed during our walkthrough. Safe to say, after we moved in on 7/11, it?s been a disaster of fixing things. Between moisture in the walls due to leaky windows and a toilet, to a hole in the subfloor resulting in the builder needing to rip up flooring.
