"They were very neat, fairly quick, and they really kept the yard spotless. The roof still looks great 5 years later. I highly recommend them."

"It was all right. Competitive quote, but then $2500 in additional costs were added on discovery of former cedar shingle roof under the existing asphalt shingles. Understandable. Small leak in previous roof was fixed; all dry through the winter. BUT: Removal of old roof was VERY messy. Crew did not tarp off areas below well enough; we were removing nails from our lawn and driveway for MONTHS afterwards, and even lost a tire to an errant nail. Siding and deck were scuffed and dinged from falling materials, with only some cleanup. Gutters were left filled with grit and debris, despite numerous reminders to clean them. Crew (from away) worked very hard, came back to clean up (mostly), and were done in two days, including some work after dark. Still, due to the mess, would not recommend for jobs requiring a white-glove touch like historic properties or homes with new paint jobs."

"Diamond Towers provided excellent service. My Roofing needs were met in a timely and efficient manner at a fair price. Will recommend them to others and call them back for any future roofing needs."

"My kitchen needed a face-lift and BenchMark Home Improvements came to the rescue with VERY reasonable price, and in a TIMELY manner.
They are great to work with every step of the process, from designing, planning, and execution, and completion.
Not a single detail was missed.
The time they took to complete the whole job was amazingly on-time with no sacrifice on quality.
Thank you Lee and the Benchmark crews for
providing me an up to date kitchen with a fractions of a traditional kitchen remodelling cost."

"We needed to have Leak Seekers demo 2 chimneys to below the roof line and then repair the roof where the chimneys had been. Also to remove a cast iron vent pipe and patch that hole. Second job was to repair some badly damaged fascia (squirrel holes) and to rebuild 2 rotted trim returns. We had to delay the job until some squirrels could be removed from the attic, and Jerry was flexible about adjusting the start date. The work done was all excellent. Roof was patched so well I can't really see where the chimneys used to be. I was impressed by the quality of the carpentery work that was completed as well, on the fascia and trim returns."

"When the estimate was performed, they climbed on the roof so I felt they did a comprehensive assessment of what was needed. They were on time and ready to go. They did a great job and communication was excellent throughout the process."

"It went great. Chris wa very polite, practiced Covid Precaustions and explained what he was doing. He left no mess and my carpets are cleaned."

"Gage and his crew did an excellent job. The roof looks great. He is quick to respond and showed up for an estimate the same day and work was completed within the same week"
