"The crew at James & Whitney co were extremely friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make sure that we were happy with our new roof. The job was done fast and is of wonderful quality. Beyond that, this is a company that truly stands behind their work, as they have reached out to me several times in the past few months to ask how the roof is holding up. I truly couldn’t recommend James & Whitney highly enough to anyone who needs work done on their roof."

"Marquis Roofing did a fantastic job on our roof. The job was completed in one day. Tom Marquis's crew was professional, highly qualified and courteous. Once completed, the job site was completely cleaned of any building material and nails. I would absolutely hire Marquis Roofing again should I ever need another roof job done."

"It was all right. Competitive quote, but then $2500 in additional costs were added on discovery of former cedar shingle roof under the existing asphalt shingles. Understandable. Small leak in previous roof was fixed; all dry through the winter. BUT: Removal of old roof was VERY messy. Crew did not tarp off areas below well enough; we were removing nails from our lawn and driveway for MONTHS afterwards, and even lost a tire to an errant nail. Siding and deck were scuffed and dinged from falling materials, with only some cleanup. Gutters were left filled with grit and debris, despite numerous reminders to clean them. Crew (from away) worked very hard, came back to clean up (mostly), and were done in two days, including some work after dark. Still, due to the mess, would not recommend for jobs requiring a white-glove touch like historic properties or homes with new paint jobs."

"We're so happy that we chose Benchmark Home Improvements for our kitchen renovation. Lee did a great job with the design. He was very responsive and had great ideas. Ian and Lee did a great job with demo of our old kitchen and installation of our beautiful new cabinets. They kept everything clean and organized and were very respectful of our house and family, even considering social distancing, etc. during this crazy time. When the job was done we had a problem installing our refrigerator they were quick to return and creatively resolve the issue. We highly recommend Ian and Lee at Benchmark Home Improvements to anyone looking for a great kitchen renovation."

"We needed to have Leak Seekers demo 2 chimneys to below the roof line and then repair the roof where the chimneys had been. Also to remove a cast iron vent pipe and patch that hole. Second job was to repair some badly damaged fascia (squirrel holes) and to rebuild 2 rotted trim returns. We had to delay the job until some squirrels could be removed from the attic, and Jerry was flexible about adjusting the start date. The work done was all excellent. Roof was patched so well I can't really see where the chimneys used to be. I was impressed by the quality of the carpentery work that was completed as well, on the fascia and trim returns."

"A tree fell on our house in a storm and part of it went through our main roof. We needed someone to quickly come out and patch the roof before another storm came through, and Jesse came out within a few hours and did a great job patching the roof and waterproofing it before the rain started. The cost was very reasonable, and he did quality work."

"Diamond Towers provided excellent service. My Roofing needs were met in a timely and efficient manner at a fair price. Will recommend them to others and call them back for any future roofing needs."

"It went great. Chris wa very polite, practiced Covid Precaustions and explained what he was doing. He left no mess and my carpets are cleaned."
