"Working with them has been a breeze! We had them replace the last few windows we needed in a our recently purchased home. Each person we have spoke with has been knowledgeable! And we got a surprise thank you package in the mail with some amazing cookies!! The guys that came to do the install were kind, curious and efficient. Thy We have two kiddos and the guys joked around with them and were funny! The owner of the company (Rich) reached out to us the same day as the install to make sure we were satisfied with the experience and the work done. "Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.  
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
