Also, just to note...the installation team with Tar Heel Basement Systems was excellent. They answered all of my questions and provided daily updates on the installation progress. They provided me with pictures and again answered ALL of my questions and was super patient with me. The work quality was top shelf. I am more than satisfied with the quality of work performed! "P&R added about 1700 square feet to our unfinished second story including an office, a second primary bedroom, media room, bathroom including a 5ft x 5ft shower, a dedicated HVAC room, two storage areas, built in bookcases, a wet bar and an attic. Also installed a second A/C and heater. Responsive service, clean, showed up when scheduled and excellent communication. Checked in frequently with us to check on status and our satisfaction. We had a one year follow up with minor changes needed that were addressed immediately. Very pleased and our project manager exceeded our expectations. "

The quality of the work (drywall, trim, painting, flooring, cabinetry) was excellent. Wayne communicated daily about what the schedule was, came by to check on any contractors, and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of the day.
