"We were quite challenged to find a reputable foundation repair company. There are not a lot in the area or on Angie's List. We eventually secured 4 bids but found this company to be competitive.  We have a 1942 home that had foundation issues. Not only cracks in the foundation but a portion of the house was not level.  We found BAU to be very responsive, professional and reasonable.  Obtaining a permit from the City (typical) took much longer than anticipated. However, once the permit was secured they went to work almost immediately. During the work in progress, BAU uncovered a problem during the lifting of the foundation. A crack in the foundation had widened as a result of the lifting.  Since we were already on a tight budget, we anticipated the worse overrun.  However, BAU came up with a solution that fixed the issue and our additional cost was less than $500. A great relief.  The foreman on the job always kept us updated with a status along with the owner of the company.
Their work was outstanding and the workplace was left neat and clean.
