"Roberto took care of or lawn maintenance at our previous home. We bought a new home (new construction) in Discovery Bay. We had him give us an estimate to landscape the entire backyard and side yard. His estimate was VERY AFFORDABLE! We agreed and he and his crew started that next Monday. Roberto and his crew are punctual, clean, honest, respectful and the hardest working crew we’ve ever came across. We had concrete poured, sod installed, added drainage throughout, irrigation and so much more. Entire project took 3 weeks!! AMAZING!! I loved coming home and seeing so much progress done everyday. Our yard is more amazing than we ever expected. We are beyond happy with the results. We have recommended Roberto many times since our yard has been completed, in the past 2 weeks. "Nato had previously done landscaping work for us in our front yard, and we always intended to have him do the back. We called him to come over for an estimate and he arrived promptly and gave us a verbal estimate. He is as good as his word. When the extent of the job changed (we added some extras), the bid changed appropriately. The crew was quiet (no loud radios or shouting), prompt, and hardworking. They persevered despite downpours of rain! And the fence is an absolutely beautiful work of art constructed from scratch and embellished with lots of high-end extras. "We found Michael (Frederick Jones) on Angie?s List and had
him paint the exterior of our house about a year ago.
We were very happy with
the quality of his work and we had looked at several bids and he was the most
competitive. 
This last August we put our house on the market as we were
moving out of the area.
Our realtor advised us to have the house staged and
repaint the inside-which we did. 
We
needed the work done in a timely manner as there were a lot of things we were
coordinating with a tight timetable.
The painter that was recommended by the
realtor gave a bid that we thought was high and also took way too long ? 9 days. 
Then he said he was too busy for when we
needed the work done. In the meantime I contacted Michael again and got a bid
from him.
He gave me a bid on the spot and was able to start exactly when we
needed him and did it in less than 6 days. 
As before, he did quality work and even did some things that we had not
foreseen that were not in the original bid (like painting inside closets) and he
didn?t charge us extra. And he was still $500 less than the other bid we had!  He had to work with a paint ?color expert?
from the realtor who was very demanding and particular.  Michael did a great job and was courteous and
friendly throughout.   
I would highly
recommend Frederick Jones painting for any interior or exterior work.
