Alex telephoned me a couple times to discuss what he found and then explained what needed to be done. We discussed the overall cost and I told him to proceed. Alex was very responsive from my first call and through the entire process. I will definitely contact him, when needed!"

Even so, he lingered around for a while and charged the full hour (+tax) without providing any solution or even a path to resolution. A complete waste of money & time.
