"The experience was phenomenal with this contractor. From the start they came out to give me a free estimate to replace my roof, their estimate was cheaper than the competitors. Other competitors putting on a lesser product were charging 15 to 35 % higher than elite 4 roofing and remodeling. They came out and finished the roof in one long day and did a very nice job cleaning up. Afterwards you could not tell that they were there other than the new beautiful roof. The workers that came out were very pleasant and professional answering any questions that I had. I have recommended them many times to family and friends. "Basement Project We absolutely love our new basement! I was very nervous when selecting the contractor for this job. I interviewed three contractors for the job, all seem very decent, but what set Best Home apart was Jeff Segovia. He designed the whole layout of our basement (we love it) and oversaw the entire project from beginning to end. The construction crews were very polite and friendly. Best Home did an excellent job and very flexible with many changes I had and they completed the job on time (took 3 months and exactly 1 week)which was amazing. "I have been using the team at home breakthrough for years. At this point they fully remodeled my basement including adding a new bathroom/wet bar. As well as a huge overhaul of my main floor bath and laundry room. The quality of their work is outstanding. I also love their quote structure. They start with a labor number and give you an idea of what materials will cost but it’s essentially a chose your own adventure on how high end you want to go on features etc and they are very helpful to guide you on the way as well as have great experts to point you to on cabinets, fixtures, tile, countertops etc to help you achieve your vision. Look forward to having them back for my next project!"
