"We hired Peter Michael LLC to install crown moulding in our new Pulte home in Verdana Village in Estero, Florida. They consulted with us on the scope of the job and the moulding style. They came across a few challenges since the wall to ceiling wasn't quite 90 degrees in some areas and had to use their prior experiences to work around the issues. They were meticulous in their work and the job looks awesome. Peter and his son were pleasant to work with and their prices were competitive. We had a 3-room remodeling project (living room/dining room/library and hall) that other contractors had low-bid on -- with insufficient understanding of the project's scope. Andrei videotaped the project and developed a detailed scope of work that met our requirements exactly. The work included removing wallpaper, painting (including ceiling that slopes from 8' to 18'), installing wainscot, fixing floors, installing electrical boxes, installing new wallpaper, etc. Each of the 3 teams he brought in were extraordinarily competent, friendly, organized, and meticulous. "Once again, AMS Home Remodeling, Frank, was able to clean up my mess.  After ordering a closet organizer unit online. I made the mistake of hiring another company to install the units - 3 total (2 reach in and 1 master).  This original company did not know what they were doing and caused me nothing but more problems (i.e. holes in walls, damaged pieces from closet unit that needed to be replaced, etc).  Frank was able to make time in his all ready busy schedule to come out to take a look at the mess.  He was able to get me into the schedule and complete the install and all repairs from previous contractors by the end of the week.  Frank and his crew (Bruno plus 1) did more than an outstanding job.  Final product is amazing.  I have used AMS Home Remodeling for a complete makeover in my home and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for an honest dependable contractor.  I absolutely LOVE these guys.

"I highly recommend Sunshine Contracting for the quality of their work, the high level of workmanship, and the skill and experience of their crew. My house is a 45-year-old 2-story colonial with a single car garage. The existing soffits, facia, and frieze were made of wood, and I contracted Sunshine to install over 100 feet of ventilated or solid vinyl soffit material and cap all fascia boards and frieze boards with aluminum. The required work also included the replacement of brick molding and jambs around the garage bay door with new boards and moldings made of cellular PVC, and paint to match the soffits and fascia. The cost was extremely reasonable and very competitive with cost estimates from other contractors. The crew worked to complete the job in one day. They were prompt, efficient and friendly. They did a great job and left everything clean and put back in order. The outside of our house is now essentially maintenance free. I plan to use Sunshine for future trim and window projects around the house."

"The owner was meticulous when performing the work on our porch renovation. Installed insulation on the ceiling and walls, ship lap on the walls, tongue and groove ceiling in a herringbone pattern. Installed a third electrical outlet. Painted an accent wall, trim around windows and door. Installed an exterior door and laid a new carpet. We couldn’t be happier with the results.
