"This was definitely a 5 star operation from the initial discussions to the finishing touches! For a major renovation and upgrade to our master bathroom we reviewed potential contractors and their customer comments. VKB stood out. Our VKB designer Sean clearly has artistic talent and lots of design experience. He patiently worked with us, showing us 3D design options as we considered alternative configurations and materials. When we were satisfied with the design, Sean transitioned us smoothly to the build phase, introducing Jason as our project manager and Walter as our crew chief. Sean personally familiarized Jason with the project, inviting us to share our thoughts and any concerns. During the renovation, Walter and his crew would carefully isolate the MBR work from the rest of the house, sealing off the room and path to the front door with plastic barriers and floor coverings every morning and remove them every evening. Everyone was polite and sensitive to our living space. Jason was responsive to our wishes to refine several design aspects as the work proceeded, and Walter and his crew smoothly made the alterations. After the main construction was completed Jason remained very attentive to our ‘punch list’ of remaining details and our questions until all had been resolved. Walter ensured very high-quality work down to the finest detail. All the work from design to completion was well within the timeframe we had hoped. In the end, we have a beautiful MBR well beyond our original expectations!"

"We had a great remodel experience with Mega Kitchen and Bath. After watching a little too much HGTV in preparation, we had lots of design ideas and the designer Kat Bradshaw was extremely patient and accommodating as we changed our mind and asked to see multiple design options. She also helped us make (and edit) our design choices and came up with solutions to help fit everything we wanted in our small space. She provided great customer service, was extremely responsive, and spent a lot of time with us as we made all my design choices. Once construction began, Ibrahim and his team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with as well. They came every day on time, did high quality work, and kept us updated on progress and issues that arose. While no renovation project is complete without a few surprises and minor snafus, the team handled them quickly and professionally. They were always willing and available to answer our questions, inform us of issues, give us options for addressing the issues that arose, and make changes we requested. They even went above and beyond the terms of our contract, fixing a burst water pipe for us when the winter weather got the better of our old pipes at no additional cost. The remodel was completed within 6 weeks, slightly longer that the original estimated but very reasonable given the changes and unexpected issues that came up. In summary, we would highly recommend them to others!"

"Chose KBR because of the similarity between our condo renovation and projects they had done in the past. Presented design ideas to their designer, Sim, and found him to be very receptive and accommodating. He was able to provide excellent ideas and presented them in 3D so my wife could comprehend the concepts (versus straight line/construction drawings). He was very patient with requested changes and provided wonderful alternatives to match our design preferences. Construction team, led by construction manager Firuz and dedicated on-site construction lead technician Isaac, was outstanding. Having construction experience myself with multiple renovation projects, this crew was best ever. Never had one who shared such attention to detail and professionalism as did the KBR team. Every day, they cleaned up and left the job site immaculate. Showed respect for our space as if it were their own. Completed project on-time and within budget as promised.
