He checked the entire system and made minor adjustments to ensure the sprinklers were hitting every spot of our yard, including repacking one sprinkler head that was a little off. "Kevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous company, SPC, who would only come out when requested and weren’t very good. Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived."

"Needed a walkway extended from the side of our home through the backyard. Emerald provided a competent, professional team that not only built a beautiful walkway, but also buried downspout pipes to prevent excessive runoff. From start to finish, they provided a beautiful walkway allowing us to finish off our yard work. In addition, Margie, from the office staff, was a pleasure to work with. She was professional, personable, and reliable providing information, estimates, and updates from the initial contact through completion of the project."

"About ten days later, Andrew and a crew of 4-6 men (at various times) arrived promptly,  They began by replacing and raising two window wells and adding additional dirt and gravel.  An area near the basement room with the mold problem required raising the ground to redirect water away from the house, which they did.  
About six gutter drain spouts had water redirected away from the house toward or all the way to the surrounding woods.  Classic Drainage dug troughs, laid pipe, and connected the pipe to the gutter spouts.  In addition, Classic Drainage installed a consolidated pipe that directs water from one gutter spout and our sump pump to the wooded area.  Several of the pipes were 8-15 feet in length.  One was installed under the sidewalk in the front of the house.  The results are that several eyesores were addressed, water is now being redirected as it should, and the whole drainage system looks modern and up to date.  Soil, grass seed and hay were placed 
on top of the trenches where pipes were installed.  In addition, the crew took care to ensure that the existing lawn sprinkler system was not damaged in any way, and even adjusted some of the sprinkler piping to better direct water.
In all, the work took three visits over about 18 hours total.  
We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the expertise that Andrew and his crew clearly demonstrated, and the efficiency and effectiveness of their work.  We highly recommend Classic Drainage!"
