"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Friendly and very informative about what caused the problem to my roof also checked to make sure I had no other problem areas that I did not notice also very affordable. I would use them again for any roof repair"

"All members of AhRT Home Solutions from the estimator, project manager, to the installation team were very professional in the performance of their duties. Special thanks to Michael and the whole team for their persistence in dealing with my insurance company who only wanted to pay for roof repair, rather than replacement. Michael carefully explained that roof repair would lead to further damage. The insurance company concurred with Michael’s persuasive argument and authorized the full replacement. Michael coordinated the process of ordering the shingles and scheduling the installation date. The installation team arrived on time and kept me informed of the process. Once the work was completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up the debris and performed a final inspection. I highly recommend AHRT to anyone interested in their roofing service. I would use them again if necessary. The customer service was 5 star; answered emails and phone calls promptly."

"Outstanding company to deal with. They were by far the lowest estimate of any contractor I tried. The completed a remove and replace on a 3200 sq. ft. ranch in one day. The crew was polite and efficient and the clean up job was perfect. CENVAR is the only company to deal with for your roofing needs."

"Home Genius Exteriors contracted to replace the roof. Emmanuel showed up as the Project Manager with a solid crew. They performed the roof replacement exactly as discussed in the contract. Highly professional, respectful and efficient. Thank you HGE!"

"I had my roof replaced. The salesperson was knowledgeable and very personable. Bridget was amazing. Communication was great throughout the entire process and I was satisfied with the results."

"Whole roof including decking was stripped and replaced in 8 hours or so with a light rain the whole day."

"I had them replace two separate shingle roofs with metal roofs. One was standing seam and the other was just normal screw-down. They did an excellent job on both. The standing seem roof in particular required a fair amount of work due to a need to replace sheeting and do some chimney repair. They got it all done and it looks great. These guys are very hard workers and very knowledgeable and skilled. I highly recommend them."

"The driveway looks great. Skyline Construction Group DMV, LLC did a great job replacing the old driveway."

"Everyone involved were friendly and honest. The crew was on time, did a great job - finished our roof in one day and left the yard clean. Our roof was in great need of some repair as well as needing shingles replaced. We would recommend Homefix to anyone."
