They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. "The decision to replace a roof is a big one, and Peak Roofing helped guide us every step of the way in the process. We had an old failing metal roof on our rental property. Damian, one of the partners, walked us through every step of the process and was very patient with all of the questions that my grandfather and I posed. He was very quick to fit us into the schedule. He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative regarding a type of roofing membrane that would fit well onto our style roof (lean-to flat roof). Tony, the other partner of the company accommodated the drop off location of the down payment, and even met us at our home so that my grandfather did not have to drive at night. On the day that the work commenced (and was completed!), Carlos, the foreman, kept me informed throughout the day of all progress. The team they brought along were so quick, efficient, and safe. They protected all utilities during construction and cleaned up before leaving. They will be coming back to install gutters on the home as well, soon as a few other projects get done. I am happy that they are able and willing to phase the work into different days. I would recommend Peak Roofing to anyone! They are professional and attentive. "We bought our house brand new 20 years ago. It reached that point in time when the original roof was starting to wear out. Our neighbor had to have her roof inspected and her contractor expressed to her that our roof had sustained some damage from high winds. We arranged to receive an estimate from HCR. Their rep, Casey Becraft, inspected our roof and noted that light was shining through the eave into the attic. He was able to schedule our replacement before the end of November. This was a relief to us, because we were concerned about the arrival of winter weather. HCR roof replacements are superior to builder grade roof installations. They install leak barriers, aluminum drip edges (that don't rust), ridge ventilation, and cap shingles on the eaves. The 5 tab shingles they install are much better than the originally installed asphalt shingles. They also replace all rubber pipe collars. All materials were loaded onto the roof the day before work started. The whole process took approximately 8 to 9 hours. And they hauled all of the waste materials away afterward. We are very pleased with work and relieved that this issue has been resolved."
