"NOVA Exteriors did a wonderful job replacing 3 exterior doors at our home. They checked every box one could ask for. Rob our sales rep was patient and understanding of our needs - even coming back a second time as we had a hard time deciding on what we wanted. Their team worked quickly and did a great job installing some beautiful new doors. We noticed after the installation that there were some imperfections on the hardware installed and they have agreed to replace them & their customer service was top notch. They responded quickly to some minor concerns and went above and beyond to fix the problem. While doors are never cheap, their price was right in line with other Provia vendors and 1/2 the price of Pella vendors. I'd highly recommend them."

"I was very impressed with the staff, including Tory who stopped by and set up the initial appointment and Del who discussed options that matched our home style, developed the estimate, and explained how the company operates. The door was ready for installation much sooner than expected. The installers were very professional and efficient, and the quality assurance manager was very helpful to ensure everything was completed and that we understood how to operate the new motor, camera, and remote access. "The installation of the door was done well; however, the work area was not adequately protected (no floor protection) and a crowbar was dropped on my new hardwood floor and put a gash in the floor. There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. Yes I would use them again but I would confirm everything with the installers before the start and I would make sure they prep the area to protect the property."

"Terrific, we decided to go w/ Stoneberger because their sales representative spent time advising and guiding us through the options, the colors and styles of doors. She listened to what we thought we wanted and helped us find the right solution. No other sales rep we met with offered that customer service. She also followed up on time and was super easy to work with once we decided on specific doors. Installation also was on time, efficient and went very smoothly. We had one issue that arose b/c of the age of our house and Stoneberger addressed it quickly and beyond fairly. Highly recommend them."

"I had already received an estimate for a similar door from a large company. Then I called Keith Pearcy at MD windows,doors,roofs ltd. He was very professional yet friendly . He was not just a salesperson with a pitch. He has done the work and knows what he is talking about. The price for the door was much less than my first estimate and the product is outstanding! I agreed to his estimate and gave him a deposit. The door had to be manufactured and he said it would take 3-4 wks. He called as soon as the door was ready and the team were able to install it the following day! I am very happy with the team he sent out to install the new door. In less than 2 hours they ripped out the old door, installed the new one which includes framing. They were very nice, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves completely. Keith's prices are very reasonable for the product. This is a quality door which now is wrapped in vinyl trim which matches my siding perfectly, (many colors to choose from). Now there won't be problems with water damage and a poor fitting cheap door which it replaced."

"My garage door?s cable/spring broke. I called ABC garage door and they arranged for a technician, Danny Sligo, to make an assessment and have it fixed. He did an outstanding work, quickly and clean. He explained what he was going to do and completed the work in 30 minutes. Highly recommended."

"My primary complaint is cost and not service. The service provided was very good. Precision Garage Doors were able to come out promptly on the next day (Saturday) after I called them at 4pm on a Friday. The technician replaced the torsion springs and even repaired a few minor items on our garage doors at no additional charge. The technician was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. That being said, the price that they charged for the torsion spring parts. The labor charges seemed reasonable, but they wanted to charge $250 for *each* torsion spring. I could not find online anywhere where a torsion spring cost more than about half of that ($125). When asked why these torsion springs cost so much, the technician was sort of vague. In following up with the company, I generally got the run-around. They could not provide the manufacturer's part number, and the manufacturer that they use only sells wholesale and will not disclose the price that they charge. No one could really justify the outrageous price that they were charging for the parts, but I needed my garage door fixed as soon as possible, and I didn't have time that weekend to fix it myself due to other obligations. Overall, if you want the problem fixed promptly and properly, and don't mind spending a lot of money, then Precision Garage Doors will do the job for you. If you are handy enough to install torsion springs yourself, you would save a ton of money."

"Everything went perfectly. Jeremy was fantastic at explaining the process and keeping us updated with the installation. We purchased an Angies list package and we needed an extra window sensor over what was offered in the package. Jeremy went above and beyond and just threw in the extra window sensor without batting an eye."

"The deadbolt lock on our front door had gotten stuck in a locked position, requiring us to have to enter our house through our side door, which was inconvenient, so I was very happy when I contacted Tivoli Locksmith, that Joseph, the owner, was able to come right over to look at it. He was very pleasant and did a good job, but I was surprised when he told me the cost to replace the deadbolt lock would be $250, but he would do it for $50 less. I thought this seemed too costly, but he said that this was the going rate these days for a locksmith to do this work, so I let him do it. However,I still believe that this was excessively high, and in hindsight, I wish I had gotten at least one other estimate first."
