AFS Knoxville sent a crew 2.5 hours to complete the encapsulation. Baron and Cody worked hard and did a wonderful job. We hired Master Services on 2/16/21 (work done on 2/22/21) to install a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system in our home in Greeneville, TN. Nick is a terrific salesman. He is professional and does not push any unnecessary work. Brandon, Brandon and Jacob (I believe Jacob was our installers name - sorry if not), did such a tremendous job. "Seiber responded quickly to evaluate problems of doors not closing right, spongy floor in spots and major cracks in the garage/laundry room. The work took three days in Sept 2023. The concrete work was a little noisy at times but the results were great. The garage door closes well. Fewer drafts are coming in that room and the nearby kitchen. Cracks the could trip me up are gone. They kept me informed on the progress and didnâ  t charge anything over their detailed estimate. The concrete finishers did a really nice job. Everyone on the job was polite and very professional. We talked about making somewhat larger footers for the supports and they did that. The hoses that piped the concrete to the back of the house and crawl space access leaked in spots. After the concrete hardened it required the use of a shovel to remove the overflow. I havenâ  t heard from the company much since the repairs were done, but my phone quit about that time so that may be why. Seiber might be the one to call for your older home."

were having in our basement.  We found the inspector, Barry, to be very

knowledgeable and very thorough in his inspection.  He explained everything

to us and answered all of our question, which we had many.  At the end of

the inspection we all sat down and went over our goals and expectations.  We settled on the

Ameri-Dry drain system and found the price to be fair.  The full warranty

was the clincher for us.  They installed the system in less than a week and

I must say the men were very courteous.  They worked very hard and finished

the job in under four days.  The foreman, Barry, ran his crew very efficiently.

Everyone had their job and they performed them to my full satisfaction.

Even though we had dust they cleaned up nicely. I highly recommend Ameri-Dry

and would hire them again if I ever had the need.
