"Although this was a "simple tune-up" vs. a large-scale remodel, Kitchen Tune-Up treated us as a valuable client. Our cabinet guru, Nathan, did a great job of fixing all the annoying small things that made us grit our teeth about using the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen. The whole process from sales (Joe) to assessment (Joe and Wes, the owner) to Nathan's precision fixes was outstanding."

"This was the best construction experience I have had. I have done a lot of remodels and roof projects, River Divide will be my go to for any project we need in our future. Honest work, easy communication and most of all phenomenal job."

"Tyson Hamilton is an outstanding contractor. He and his crew just completed, in a timely manner, a kitchen remodel, fireplace update with shiplap and painted interior walls. Tyson stayed in contact with me during the entire project addressing questions and concerns. The crew was prompt and courteous and the results were exceptional. If you are looking for a dependable contractor with an amazing team along with a fair and reasonable price, contact HL Properties. They will take care of you."

"Innovative Restorations repaired and remodeled our master bath and it was truly a great experience. We had used another contractor and it was a disaster (all of the previous work had to be completely redone). Dean helped us make a plan to fix single thing and he was so reassuring. Keenan, Whit, and JT did the work of repair and installation and they were respectful, clean, and skilled. They always double checked to make sure we were on the same page and were happy to explain anything. It was such a great experience and I would definitely recommend them."

"Edward did a great job replacing our treated lumber deck with composite (Timbertech). He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and customer-oriented. I would definitely consider Edward for future remodeling or other work. He does high quality work."

"This is the third time I have used A+ Maintenance and I have always been very satisfied. This job was a complete basement remodel due to a sudden pipe burst and water damage. Austin and his crew are very reliable, their workmanship is A+, and their cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend them!"

"They got the job done quick and it looked good afterwards, I will definitely call them again"

"James (Jarco owner) is very knowledgeable and experienced in construction and in working with the county. His knowledge was critical in the approval process for my large 25 ft span carport which meant no headaches for me. He is very good at communicating with the customer and taking customer concerns/questions seriously. I appreciate his benchmark/payment structure that incentivizes progress. The work progressed at a good pace, although some bad weather held up a subcontractor later in the project. He interfaced with the engineers appropriately which resulted in an upgrade from the initial design (at no additional cost). My carport has been complimented by several people for its appearance and construction, including a framer (who did not work on it) and a home inspector. I can definitely recommend Jarco."

"Emik did a great job for me at a fair price. He explained everything along with my options. The refinished engineered hardwood floor looks fantastic and I would certainly reuse him should the need arise."
