"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Nick came out right away and was very professional. He converted my dryer and even made a trip to the hardware store to get what I needed to hook it up. He then hooked it up for me. His service was great and timely. I will definitely call him back the next time I have an issue!"

"We came across Nason's by accident. Now I think it was fate. Nason's, by far, gave us the best package deal for our kitchen remodel compared to the other area appliance stores. We purchased a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave/convection oven with them. All Kitchenaid. Our sales person, Tim, was very good in helping us select our appliances. Appliances came in as they promised and delivery was made on time with no issues. Very satisfied customer!

"Went well. Technicians need to be trained to perform safety procedures for appliances maintenance checks. Making sure appliances being worked on are properly functioning and safe to use for customer. The customer should not be telling or begging technicians to perform safety checks on appliances. More training is needed please. Thank you for your service."

"Great, honest and thorough in description of repair. Having a manufactured home didn’t scare him away. I will be keeping them in mind for upcoming repairs."

"Wasn’t able to come out until the next day. Gave reasonable explanation of the repair, even though I was hoping for better news. Bill was a little pricey, but the quick repair was worth it to me."
