The installer was extremely neat and arrived on time which I appreciated. I hate when workers arrive late to the job and you're stuck waiting. He did an awesome job, too! No mess to clean up after him, either, which was nice. Very happy with the product, so far. The only reason I'm giving it a slightly lower mark for the value is because it is a bit costly. However, since the bathtub to shower conversion is for an older relative, it's worth the money, Very glad I hired BathPlanet."

When I found termite damage they were able to accomidate my schedual and add reconstruction of a stairwell and replacement of a floor joist. I am honestly happy with how they worked with me to get my project complete. These guys compleated the job, walked me around to ensure my satisfaction. I understand that they are high-quality work but just to remodel my bathtub was $24,000. I can remodel my whole entire bathroom for less than 15,000 and that is including bathtub toilet flooring and a new vanity, I understand it is high-quality but what is the likelihood that somebody is gonna live in their house for 40 to 50 years let alone every 10 to 15 years outdated I am so sorry but I am not paying five times the amount just because you are a namebrand"
