He came out to estimate appointment, located buckle on the roof, looked at the interior and found it was not the foundation just the roof, and told me that I do not need to repair or replace the roof at this time and to call back if it begins leaking which I thought was very honest of him."

"Very professional, yet friendly. They repaired the damaged areas & replaced the roof on my detached garage, all while matching the shingles on the house. I think Frankie did a better job than the company that did the house roof 3 yrs ago! Cleanup was near perfect; I haven't seen any dropped nails left (I had several with other company, even though they did a cleanup too). Only a few tiny pieces of shingles easily missed among the un-raked overwintered leaves. Definitely would hire again!"

"They work quickly and do great work. They removed 2 layers of roof and decking on an upper and lower roof. They installed new decking for 95 percent of the roof and cleaned up all in one day. They were professional and very pleasant to work with. I love that there are warranties for both the parts and the service. I can rest knowing that we should not have any issues with our roof - and if we do, we can call Home Genius. They may cost more than what others will quote, but it is worth it. We bought a house where it is obvious they went with the lowest bidder - that is why the decking required full replacement, and within a year, the rafters would have required replacement as well. The only saving grace was the original decking was extremely thick. The only things that were not so great were 1. Lack of clarity on the fact that there would not be shingles on the lower roof because it is virtually flat; and 2. The discounts were for paying cash and a flexible start date. But we contacted them, and they immediately responded."

"Edwin and his team were unbelievably professional and efficient! The work is beautiful! We had a severe Thunderstorm less than 5 hours after they finished and we had no problems! I’m so thankful I found Edwin. His team was respectful and cleaned my yard as good as could be cleaned. They took extra care to not damage anything! I had the estimate on Tuesday and the were tearing off and putting a new roof on the following Tuesday! Complete Tear off, all new plywood, re hung and repaired my gutters with new brackets, flashed and waterproofed my chimney, demoed our old antennas. It looks beautiful! He walked us through every step, I do do construction for a living, so it was nice to understand he was extremely knowledgeable and trustworthy of what he was saying was true. I will be hiring again!
