The owner Derrick was VERY ACCOMMODATING for us, he actually came on a Saturday to take measurements, and he was able to fit us in the same week for the preparation work and install. For the Pocono area this is very impressive and his company should get the best business of the year award! Price was very reasonable and Derrick really knows his business. He took the time to answer all of our questions even after working hours. Derrick arrived when scheduled and did all of the work without incident. "The designer was always very attentive when I contacted him and would answer (in detail) the numerous questions I would pose. The two contractors who showed up at my home were just as professional and pleasurable to work with. over the course of the week they were coming to my house, any ideas or suggestions from either side were always hashed out as they would materialize and by the end of the project, the end project was essentially exactly as I'd constructed it in my head. The only slight con to the end result was more-so of my own doing than anyone else's, where the light fixtures I'd purchased for the replacement did not come with rods, so a couple of the pendant lights hang crooked."
