He fully explained the process to correct my problems and sent me an estimate by e-mail. We arranged to have the work performed the following week. Their crew arrived a little late for their appointment but had called to let us know that they would be late. They were very professional and went right to work. They drilled small holes through my concrete ( 1" in diameter) and injected their material into the voids under the concrete. After raising the concrete they filled in the holes. I am very satisfied with the job that they did. They warrant their work for 10 years."

"Our involvement with Park Range was a nearly 10 week process from the initial call to completion of the work. Pros: One of the few companies I could find after THOROUGH research that did both major landscaping (changed slope of driveway and grade around house) and foundation work ( excavated to 6-8 and waterproofed exterior). Employees who worked hard and listened to what we wanted Cons: Communication issues - probably pretty typical but as a person going through a project this big for this first time, there were points that I was extremely frustrated. The two main issues were lack of responsiveness (only at times, at other times they were quick to respond) and lack of clear responses at times. To note: our project was big, and cost $30k. We could've bid the job out to a bunch of different, way cheaper people for probably $15k. However, we thought it was worth it to have one expert level company do all the work and this ended up being true for us. It was worth it."
