"Famulous price and service. They moved all the patio furniture and pressure washed driveway, walkways and pool deck. They then applied multiple coats of water based sealant to all the pavers. Pavers look brand new! I would hire them again in a jiffy."

"We hired Perkins Concrete to remove our existing driveway that had developed a few large cracks and install a new enlarged driveway. Upon removing the old driveway, they discovered we had a hole in the ground. We were very concerned about it being a sinkhole, but Warren came out a couple of times in-between all the rain we were getting and determined it was a hole that was used as a dump from previous construction. Rather than having us inconvenienced trying to find an excavator to dig it all out, he offered to do it himself. We really appreciated that. After many days of delay due to rain, he had it dug out and filled back in. Through all the weather delays and the issue with the hole in the ground, Celeste continually kept us informed of the progress (and we really appreciated that as well). Again, after more weather delays they were finally able to pour the concrete. Warren had extra horizontal relief joints cut and a vertical cut to help extend the life of our driveway. "Kamil, with K and J was excellent.  He was prompt and laid out the deck nicely.  We had concrete stairs (rounded) that needed to be covered with thin pavers and also that were to meet the deck. He was the only person who discussed how he would blend the deck into the stairs using thin and thick pavers.  He blended the bottom step of the stairs with the deck so there is no small step up before the actual stairs.  He did an amazing job.  Also, the deck perfectly meets the driveway and another slab smack on level.  The stairs have bull nose pavers and are curved 180 degrees (half rounds stairs).  So each paver had to be cut and laid in perfectly.  They look perfect.   <br /> He spent a day excavating and then dropped off some base.  Then when the pavers were ready, he finished the entire deck IN ONE DAY!!  He and his crew were very professional and did a beautiful job with the deck, the grade, the layout, the curved edges, and having the deck fit nicely with the rest of our backyard.  It is lovely. <br /> His price was exactly the same as every other price we obtained.  He did superb work. <br />"
