The appt had been mistakenly booked on a holiday, but instead of canceling, he showed up, did a thorough inspection with pictures, and explained in detail what was needed. Three weeks later with a heat index of 107, they were there tearing the roof off, repairing some damage, installing OSB over the entire roof, and roofing. All done in a day. His crew did a great job! No blaring music. Not on their cell phones constantly. Clean up so perfect that you would never know they were there except for the beautiful new roof. Very professional from estimate to payment. Isaac went over everything that was done - with pictures, and reiterated that if there was ever an issue just call and they would make it right. I am very satisfied with RAM roofing.
