"The team arrived on time and were very cooperative. They also were very careful to protect hardwood floors and stairs. When the work was finished, they cleaned the areas where they worked so that we did not need to do anything extra after they left. Kevin, the estimator, explained our ventilation system (or lack thereof) and gave us good advice for a future project. We will definitely work with them again."

"JR Insulation is a great company!! They did everything from start to finish as promised, on time, polite, clean, and on budget. I can't recommend them enough. They also fixed a problem that I created in my own ignorance for free just to make me even happier. I told them it wasn't necessary but they insisted. JR's pricing was the absolute best for everything they did. Not the lowest bid but the lowest price to value, which in my opinion is the lowest bid. I would use they again, in fact, I would not use any other company for insulation or dry wall. Brian"

"A water pipe was broken but on the insulation job it was done well"

"Everyone was very professional and great to deal with. They were there right on time and finished the job quickly, I would definitely use them again."

"The sales person did a good job explaining the work needed, what they would do, and provided a clear estimate. I purchased the plus package with ridge vents. The crew did a good job removing and installing the new roof, boards, and skylight. We had an issue with too much oil on a packag or two of the shingles which created an interesting look on my roof. We worked through the issue by holding payment for that part of the work until the oil faded (a few months). It has been about a year and the roof is doing well."

"They did a very good job, and they were careful not to damage siding or surrounding landscaping.   Cleaned up the work area each day, and upon completion left the area looking better than before the work started.   The best part -- no more leaking water in our basement.   I waited to write this review until we had been through a couple period of heavy rain.   Thanks Q!

"Great. Instructed us that if this did not take care of the problem, let him know and they would come back and re-spray."

"When JS Roofing cleaned our roof last year, Ivan suggested that we use their annual roof-blowing, gutter cleaning service to reduce the frequency of the need to clean the entire roof. To save money in the long run and to prolong our roof's life, we signed up for their annual service.
Ivan told us that they would perform this work in December.
December came around and we didn't hear from JS Roofing.
I called them a month or two later to find out when they would be by. I don't recall their exact answer but the answer was essentially, "soon." Another month or so went by and I still hadn't seem them so I called again to request this service. Someone finally came to clean our roof and gutters in April, much later than we had anticipated (and long past due for gutter cleaning).
The work they do is great but I'm disappointed that I had to follow-up with them multiple times for something that we were led to believe would be an annual, routine service. We have a similar arrangement with the company who tests our back flow system. We never have to call to remind them; they know to come do the work at about the same time every year.
Would I use JS Roofing again? Maybe."
