We had chosen- and paid in full- a specific high end granite and were victims of a "bait and switch" scheme.. Then told we'd never see a refund & to just go away.. We had to replace the wrong granite and decided to go with KSI... Best decision ever! They were honest, friendly and professional.. The pricing was good and the installation was right on time, and went off without a hitch! Thank you, KSI! We are so happy with our beautiful new kitchen in our investment property and will be calling on you again for our personal home remodel SOON!

"Eric Martin Remodeling, is a top notch craftsman. We live in Florida and purchased a rehab house in Tennessee as a Seasonal Home. The house needed work from top to bottom and everything in-between. It was great working with 'one' company and the owner being the 'point' person of all communications. You have to love that part.
