"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "I called TNT Design and Build for a full remodel (kitchen, 2 bathrooms, flooring, fireplace, and interior paint). Mor, the project manager, was very informative and professional from the first meeting and was very helpful and patient throughout the process of us choosing exactly what we wanted our remodel to look like. TNT workers were tidy, professional, on time, and organized. They came every day, as he said they would, on time and worked diligently. Tamari checked up on the job almost every day, as he promised, and was very flexible with a few changes we had but did not discuss from the beginning. Tamari, Mor and the whole TNT Design and Build team, made us feel comfortable, secured, and ensured that we were in good hands. We finished about 2 weeks ago and everything looks and functions amazingly! I highly recommend working with TNT Design and Build!"

"First project: I am very pleased with Repairs & Remodels On Demand (RROD). I was in the process of selling a property that was about 75 years old. The buyer's mortgage company had sent an inspector who noted several issues. Obviously I was under time pressure. RROD responded very quickly. I needed a hearth built in front of an existing fireplace. RROD advised me on what the current code requirements were. I selected material and the hearth was installed the next day. The inspector also reported six electrical issues, four plumbing issues in the kitchen and four in the bathroom. RROD repaired them all in two days. RROD sent a three man team. The timeline for the project was: Day 1, evaluate job and create estimate; Day 2, install hearth, correct electrical issues and begin plumbing work; Day 3, complete plumbing. On the fourth day I notified the buyer's agent to schedule the re-inspection; the inspection passed with no problems. Sale completed. Second project: In a rental property I own, a tenant wanted a laundry area. I had had the area plumbed but the walls had been opened to accomplish the plumbing. I needed the walls closed up, a short wall built, and the appliances installed. First day, evaluate job and create estimate. Two days later start and complete the job in two additional days. On the day after the completion, the tenant reported a problem with a door that had been installed. I went over and checked and she was correct. It was in mid-afternoon and I called RROD and reported the problem. They immediately scheduled an appointment for 8:00 AM the next morning (and repaired it on that visit). It was a small job with a small problem. The work looked very professional and the paint for the new areas matched the existing room colors. The point is, they do high quality work and they really do stand behind their work. I shall certainly use them again. I am very satisfied with their responsiveness and the high quality of work. "DB Construction remodeled our kitchen and we had a really great experience working with David and his team. I’m pretty detail oriented (probably overly picky to be honest haha), and David was very patient and accommodating throughout the entire process. He really paid attention to the small things and made sure everything was done exactly how we wanted. He was upfront about costs and timelines. His crew showed up when they said they would, were respectful of our home, and kept the workspace as clean as possible during the remodel. The finished kitchen came out great, cabinets are lined up perfectly, countertops look amazing, and the backsplash and finishing details really tied everything together. You can tell they care about the quality of their work and not just rushing to finish the job. Overall, we’re really happy we chose DB Construction would recommend."

"We hired Jake to build a new deck for our yard and we could not be happier (both with the decision to hire Jake and the deck itself). We particularly appreciated the quality of his workmanship and his high level of attention to detail (something that was very important to us). Jake was also extremely helpful in the overall design and planning aspects of the project offering helpful suggestions about materials, potential layout, etc. every step of the way. Jake is responsive and professional and we would not hesitate to hire him again for future projects. On this deck project we were truly thrilled with the final results. Although we did see some lower bids for the work (before selecting Jake), we are confident that we got great value for our dollar in terms of final quality."
